Hiuchi is a “vacation rental” type pension limited to one group per day.
Unlike normal hotels, there are not always people at the front desk, so we ask for self check-in.
Please note that the facility has two buildings: the main building, Hiuchi-Hontou, and a new building, Hiuchi-shintou. Please confirm the location of each building and the parking lot as follows.
[How to check in]
After making a reservation, you will receive a 6-digit number from us. Please enter your information into the check-in system.
You will receive a 4-digit number after you have entered the required information.

For customers who have made a reservation through any other website, please enter the information on the reservation site at the time of booking. It will be sent automatically to the email address you provided.
If you have not received your 6-digit code, please contact us and we will send it to you.
Check-in procedure in Hiuchi-Hontou
Please enter the 6-digit code on the tablet on the first floor of Hiuchi-Hontou and complete the check-in procedure.
When the check-in procedure is completed, a 4-digit code will be issued, which you can use to open the key box and take the key.
Please use the 2nd floor for up to 3 persons, and the 1st and 2nd floors for 4 to 6 persons.
If you prefer a bed, please unlock the door to the first floor and use the bedroom.

When the procedure is completed, a 4-digit code will appear, so use it to open the key box and take the key.

Parking Lot
- The Hiuchi is in the village.
As a result, the outdoors speaking voice reverberates.
There is no problem during the daytime, but please do not speak loudly, play music or make sound (fireworks, etc.) outdoors after 21:00.
There is no problem because the room has a certain level of soundproofing. - There is a forest around the fence.
Therefore, the use of fire outdoors is completely prohibited.
In particular, fireworks will make noises, so please be careful.
Those who violate will be removed regardless of the reason.
